Made from non-GMO blue corn, this meal is roasted for a rich, nutty flavor, then finely ground using a hammer mill. A staple in Diné kitchens, it's perfect for blue corn mush, pancakes, dumplings, and more. To bring out that signature deep blue color and flavor, many customers add a pinch of Gad (juniper ash)
